Unfortunately (!), I have a holding in the above which has had a colourful history over the last few years (and which used to have a UKSA Action Group associated with it).

Are there any readers who still have a holding in this VCT and have dividend vouchers since Dec 2007 showing dates and payment numbers.

For various reasons, my holding (foolishly) went into a broker's nominee for a couple of years. It's back out again, but I need to track the dividend history and payment number history (which is shown on the dividend vouchers). The dividend payment history isn't regular (which doesn't help!) and the dividend payment numbers appear to have skipped one, which just compounds the problems!

07 December 2007 [pay 16] (Quester)
15 October 2008 [pay 17] (Spark)
11 June 2010 [pay ??] (Spark)
24 September 2010 [pay ??] (Spark)
24 June 2011 [pay ??] (KAY)
25 May 2012 [pay 22] (KAY)
28 September 2012 [pay 23] (KAY)
31 May 2013 [pay 24] (KAY)

I have contacted the company who are being quite helpful.
I have been talking to the Registrars, which isn't helped by a switch from Capita to Computershare in Sept 2011 (& a certain amount of buck-passsing).

Albion Ventures (who currently look after the VCT) have a helpful dividend history on their website at:
http://www.albion-ventures.co.uk/ourfunds/KAY.htm
which gives dates and amounts but not (obviously) payment numbers.

I am hoping that a member may have a holding (on the basis that there was a UKSA Action Group so there might be someone around, and it's quite hard to sell VCT shares, however badly you might want to...)

Does anyone (a) have a holding and (b) have dividend vouchers for payments between 17 and 23 (incl)?

Thanks in advance

Allan

[Answering my own question....?] The manager & Computershare Registrars came good (& quite quickly too!): "The last dividend paid by Capita was on 24th June 2011 and it was allocated the payment number 20. The first dividend paid by Computershare was on 25th May 2012 and this was allocated the payment number 22. This payment was allocated an incorrect dividend payment number and therefore payment number 21 was missed out which has clearly caused confusion amongst shareholders."
