UKSA attacks lack of focus in FCA mission statement

UKSA’s response to the FCA consultation makes fundamental points about individual responsibility, consumer education, transparency, consumer vulnerability, regulatory philosophy and the Regulator’s relationship with the regulated.

The consultation included a wide-ranging list of questions to which UKSA has also responded . UKSA and ShareSoc – the other association dedicated to fair treatment of individual shareholders – made separate responses but with a high level of consensus.
