Malcolm Howard

Malcolm is a retired finance executive and now an author and active investor who contributes regularly to 'The Private Investor'. His book 'Accounting and Business Valuation Methods' (Elsevier 2008) includes simple tests that can forecast potential profit warnings thereby avoiding companies such as Carillion, Luceco and Stanley Gibbons before their shares crashed.
