Artemis VCT Plc - Last Updated 31 October 2009
In
March 2009, the two Artemis VCTs (Venture Capital Trusts) merged and a
new Management Fee agreement to remunerate the fund manager was put in
place. Many shareholders were critical of the new arrangements and UKSA
has supported their campaign to get that agreement revised.
In
August 2009, UKSA sent this letter to all shareholders on the register
