Bradford & Bingley
Campaign – Appeal for Funds to Pursue Action to Obtain Fair
Compensation
There are several possible grounds to be
pursued by shareholders in Bradford & Bingley Plc to obtain fair
compensation as a result of the nationalisation of the company and
confiscation of your shares.
Although UKSA management and the members of the
Bradford & Bingley Action Committee do not charge for their time or
costs incurred in running this campaign, we do have considerable other
expenses that also need to be covered. This comprises printing, postage
and other incidental and administrative expenses. The legal costs may also be substantial
if we are to obtain fair compensation. We are therefore asking all
former shareholders in Bradford & Bingley to contribute to a fund for
this purpose.
We seek a minimum of £38, but suggest the
following guidelines pro rata to your shareholding (if you wish to
donate in excess of the guidelines please do so) :-
